Healthy Cookie Dough

"Dough"n't you wish it was ok to eat
Cookie Dough? Well, ok, let's be honest. 
We all know we aren't SUPPOSED to,
cause you know, raw eggs, and stuff,
but we do it anyway. But we have a way
to safely indulge, without the guilt.
Especially this time of year with
all the temptations around, we could
use a little guiltless indulgence.....before
stuffing our faces with day after 
Halloween candy.
Hey, life's about balance right?

When we first saw this recipe, we 
admitedly thought to ourselves,
no way can you make CHICKPEAS
taste like a tub of tollhouse cookie dough.

Not only is this recipe AH-MAZING,
but it's super easy, and only has FIVE

You will need:

I can of drained chickpeas
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
(or any "butter" like cookie or almond)
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp agave nectar

To make:

Place all ingredients EXCEPT the chocolate
chips into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Remove your dough-like mixture from the 
processor, and add in your chocolate chips.
You can chill before serving if you would 
like, or dive in!


We've already made this
three times in the last two weeks!
It's that good :)
