Pop Rock Shots


1 package of jell-o (6oz)
2 c. of chilled champagne
2 c. of boiling water
pop rocks for topping

how to:

Start by boiling two cups of water. In a large bowl, add the boiling water to the jell-o mix. Mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Let the mixture cool to about room temperature. Stir in the two cups of champagne and refrigerate for about 3-4 hours or until firm. Top with pop rocks right before serving for best results!
